Our Guarantee
We guarantee the original owner/purchaser that the Goalshot product will be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase. Any unit that fails due to manufacturing defect within one year of the original date of purchase (as shown on the original sales receipt), shall be repaired or replaced. Goalshot shall hold sole determination on the decision to repair or replace.
In the event that you believe the Goalshot product you’ve purchased has any defect in material or workmanship during the first year of ownership, please contact customer support immediately via the web for fastest response: access goalshot.com, click 'support’ , then 'contact’ , and simply fill out the form provided. We will give you an authorization number as well as email you a shipping label (PDF file) with instructions for returning the defective unit. Once received, we will contact you with a shipping date for your repaired or replaced product. Lastly, we will provide return shipping cost for delivery to you of the repaired/replaced product (standard ground shipping in the continental US only). Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.

This guarantee does not include defects or damage caused by improper handling, installation, or tear down; misuse; abuse; accident; fire; flood; extreme wind; hail; lightning or other acts of God; extraordinary impact; vandalism; riot or civil disorder; exposure to harmful fumes, vapors, or chemical pollutants; and does not cover deterioration or discoloration due to normal wear and tear. Unauthorized alteration or modification of the Goalshot unit or any Goalshot products voids this guarantee.
Also, we make no guarantee either expressed or implied other than as expressly set forth herein; therefore, Goalshot shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages with respect to any product not expressly covered by this guarantee such that your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to repair or replacement (some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may or may not apply).
This guarantee does not apply to products sold outside of the continental United States. Lastly, this guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
